My name is Debbie Glasson, 51 years of age with a passion to evangelise particularly with my Testimony to HIS GLORY! Prayerfully I will forever speak up and out for our beautiful Sweet Lord Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Saviour and yes I am so on fire with a passion for HIM my KING! I have been saved (BORN AGAIN) now for nine (9) years and this happened on the Internet and have been full of the Holy Spirit to overflowing ever since. I was Water Baptised New Years Eve 2000 by full immersion at Rochedale Baptist Church, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. I am NOT a Baptist, I am a child of GOD following JESUS CHRIST and happen to attend this Spirit filled Church of believers, as well as other wonderful places of Worship…The Glory Gatherings, A Touch of Love Ministries & Womens Aglow Moreton Bayside. I have a husband of nearly 27 years marriage, Trevor, who does not yet KNOW the LOVE of our LORD intimately, nor our daughters, Connie 21 and Chrissy nearly 18, but Praise GOD, HE has given me such inner peace that surpasses all understanding, that they are in the palm of HIS hand & NOT mine! Each have confessed their sins and asked HIM into their lives, GO LORD! My Trust is in GOD and not myself or them, HE hears our prayers and will draw them by HIS SPIRIT in HIS Timing, HE chose us, not the other way round, Amen! I was brought up in a loving home, but unfortunately was molested by many men, from the age of maybe 4/5 years old and was NOT believed by my dear Mum or my Nan who I loved and trusted so deeply, so I closed shop and would not share anything again and so lived that lie with bottling and shovelling everything under the carpet so to speak! Well buried! I was a swearing, smoking (80 to 120 cigs. a day) alcoholic (bought my Scotch by the carton) with a life of addictions i.e. TV, shopping, food …all of it running away from the truth and then Jesus came into my life at age 42 and FREED me from all fear of man and the world. For forty-two years living a lie, thinking and believing I was a Christian, a good person who prayed to God when I needed Him, and then I was SAVED by the Grace of God! My Little Brother David in Oregon USA is the young man I met in the grandparents chatroom just over 9 years ago, GOD orchestrated! David was 33 years old then, split from his wife and was upset because he had smacked his 2 year old son and had never been in a chat room and did not believe in them, but came to this particular room for advice and we type-talked that night for over 4 hours, turned out he was in a great deal of pain and was dying of Hepatitis C and his Faith had fallen, but I recall, all he kept wanting was to go home to Jesus and this was beyond my comprehension, for such a Dear young man with 2 beautiful children, then a 5 year old daughter and a 2 year old son and I happened to have given him what's for, having given up on Life so to speak – anyway, David immediately regained his Faith and within a week GOD turned the tables and David witnessed to me and gave me his Testimony and there I was giving my life to Christ for the first time in my life and I have been overflowing with His Holy Spirit ever since and have never experienced such Love in all my days. David mentored me everyday on both the internet and telephone for 4-6 months, God never gave me a chance to fall back into the old self, but kept be on the straight and narrow path towards HIM alone. Oh, by the way this young man we had put on prayer chains across the globe for specifically his Hep C to be healed and God so did choose to give David this very miracle and he has no signs whatsoever of any Hep C in his blood streams at all now and believe me, they checked the tests over and over - "Praise the Lord!!" Of these 9 glorious years living in Christ and HE in me, for 8 of the 9 years I have been both honoured & blessed to be HIS vessel in HIS Prison Ministry, both Mens and Womens, taking the Alpha Course to both prisons voluntary, as a Chaplain’s Resource Worker and also helping & leading with Sunday Chapel Services regularly. I know this is GOD’s Agape LOVE inpoured into me everyday to be outpoured to every person who crosses my path, HE says if you LOVE ME you will OBEY me, how can we NOT? I am just a Mum, wife of junior education, BUT, we are just NOT that, we are Children of the MOST HIGH GOD! HE does NOT call the qualified, HE qualifies the called! And HE who has called us is FAITHFUL! As of 19th March 2007 I had been appointed as a Duty Chaplain in the Mens Prison and as a Relief Chaplain at the Womens (now Duty Chaplain there too)....
HIS MINISTRY, we are HIS vessels, HIS hands & feet, HIS eyes & ears and HOLY SPIRIT filled mouths of words of LIFE & TRUTH! Amen. I encourage every person whether a believer or not, seek HIM while HE can still be found and LOVE HIM with all of your heart, mind, soul and strength! Every breath I take now and every moment I am awake as in the beautiful Hill song we sing Praises to Our Lord, I live for God with all of me and my poem of Praise for His Glory alone is down below and is Truly how I feel deep within my very innermost being. The following is a scripture I have claimed for myself to Live by each and every day I have left here to Glorify HIM. JESUS ANSWERED:

I found Christ when I was 17years old in 1973. I grew up in Springfield Illinois in a typical middle class family. I was one of three boys, the middle of the birth order. I grew up shy and introverted, and even found it painful to be around people at times. In my 17th year of life I had decided that life was just too painful and that I would commit suicide. My plan was to take an overdose of drugs and just end it all. I went to a typical hangout in town just outside of the pool hall in downtown Springfield Ill. I tried to get, "spare change" to obtain drugs to carry out my plan of overdosing on drugs. I was not able to get any money that day. I decided that I was a real loser because I couldn't even commit suicide. God had other plans for me. My brother who was one year older told me one afternoon that I was going to go to hell. At first I thought that he was joking, he was not. For one week it bothered me tremendously that I was going to go to hell, I didn't understand it but I knew that I did not want to go to hell. I finally forced my brother to tell me what to do not to go to hell. He couldn't say except that I needed to go to the christian coffee house called, "The Lighter Side of Darkness", in Springfield Illinois. I said great where is it and when can I go. I went that Friday night and the first thing I noticed was that everyone was really happy and they were carrying bibles. I thought that they were all on some kind of drug, because that is the only thing that I could relate it to in my grid of human experience. I went inside the building and everyone there were sitting on the floor on pillows around those wooden spool things they used to wrap telephone wire around. A strange language filled the air and I was really sort of freaked out by it. I said to myself these people are crazy and I'm getting out of here. As soon as I had that thought the room became suddenly quiet. You could have heard a pin drop it was so quiet. Then the lights went down and a guy came out and began to play a song on a guitar standing on a small stage. Basically the song was relating how Jesus died on the cross for us, this I knew from my catholic upbringing, but I also thought that Jesus was dead because in the catholic catholicism he was going to come back someday. To me that translated as he is gone now and someday he will be back.. This was no help to a 17year old. Then the song changed and he sang about how Jesus rose from the dead and that he was and is alive! This was a shocking revelation to me and all of a sudden I began to have a vision. I saw like a movie screen in my mind all of the sins, bad things that I had ever done. It was like the fastest movie clip you ever experienced. I was struck with the fact that Jesus was so good and I was so bad. I went over to the side of the room and went into one of the little booths that were there. They were like a small clothing change room, or a confessional without a priest. There were pillows on the floor to kneel on and I did. There in that little booth I cried out to God. I said God, how can you love me? Look at what I have done. Then I heard God say, "Thats why Jesus came, ask him to forgive you. I said Jesus forgive me, I meant it with all of my heart and when I did that, I felt a cleansing come inside of me. I saw a brilliant white light, and I knew that it was Jesus who had come to save me. I instantly knew two things, one that Jesus loved me and forgave me, two that the Devil had been trying to get me to kill myself, I recieved eternal life that night and was born again. I am still on fire for God. Thank you Jesus. No one can ever tell me that there is no God because He is my personal friend and I hear his voice and follow Him. He is so good.

P.S. Every since that day I have had a strong desire to tell everyone about the Lord and have not ceased to let Him do whatever He wants with my life. I love Jesus forever, and want everyone to know of His love and the kingdom of God for their lives.
